TASHKENT -- The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) October 25 launched a two-day-long Tashkent workshop on fighting misuse of the internet for terrorist purposes, the OSCE said in a statement.
Forty Uzbekistani judges, prosecutors and investigators are attending the workshop. It provides "a platform to discuss issues related to legal frameworks on countering the use of the internet for terrorist purposes, the use of open source intelligence, and the protection and recovery of forensic data in investigations", the OSCE said.
