TEMIRTAU, Kazakhstan -- A court in Temirtau recently sentenced a local man to three years in prison for incitement to "jihad" on his social networking page, NewTimes.kz reported November 2, quoting the Karaganda provincial court's press office.
J. J. Konurov came under the influence of propaganda by the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL), the court found.
