ASTANA -- The Kazakhstani National Security Committee (KNB) set up a hotline for concerned citizens, the government's Committee for Religious Affairs said Tuesday (January 10).
Citizens aware of terror threats can dial 110 to report them. Calls are free from both mobile and land-line phones.
The government laid the groundwork for the hotline in a resolution in December.
Leaders from Central Asia and the EU leaders are also discussing joint efforts to stem terrorist activities in region.
