ASTANA -- Kazakhstani authorities have already prepared the groundwork for writing a future "Kazakhstani Cyber-Shield" into law, said defence and aerospace industry minister Beibut Atamkulov during a Tuesday (February 7) cabinet session, according to Vlast.kz.
Instituting a cyber-shield to block various extremist cyber-crimes will require a "whole set of ... legal and technical measures" and "a number of ... projects that government agencies institute in information security and cyber-security", he added.
