BISHKEK -- Kyrgyzstan has approved two new categories of visas to be effective April 5, the Foreign Ministry press office said in a Wednesday (March 22) statement.
"Family" visas are meant for the family members of foreigners who come to Kyrgyzstan to work, study or accomplish other private goals.
"Transport" visas will be issued to foreigners, like truck drivers, who are transporting international cargo across Kyrgyz territory.
The visas will be multiple entry, with six months' validity, and good for stays of up to 30 days.
