DOHA, Qatar -- Turkmen Defence Minister Yailym Berdyyev conducted talks in Qatar with Qatari counterpart Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah on military co-operation, Qatari media reported Monday (April 24).

The trip was Berdyyev's third abroad in the past six months, a Turkmen Defence Ministry source told Caravanserai, noting that he visited the UAE and Pakistan last November.
Turkmen media have not reported Berdyyev's foreign negotiations.
