SHYKMENT, Kazakhstan -- Uzbekistani President Shavkat Mirziyoyev Saturday (April 29) visited South Kazakhstan Province for talks with Kazakhstani counterpart Nursultan Nazarbayev, UzDaily.uz reported.
Topics included ways to implement the agreements reached during Mirziyoyev's state visit to Kazakhstan in March.
Both presidents pointed to stepped-up economic and other activity between the two countries since their March summit. Trade in the first quarter of 2017 grew 37% compared to the first quarter of 2016, said Nazarbayev.
