DUSHANBE -- The interior ministers of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member states Wednesday (June 28) in Dushanbe convened to discuss regional security, according to the Tajik Interior Ministry (MVD) press office.
Participating ministers came from countries including Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
Topics included co-operation in investigative work and the state of the countries' fight against crime, as well as progress in implementing earlier decisions about the fight against terrorism, extremism and drug trafficking.
