BISHKEK -- Kyrgyz border guards recorded 12 border violations in the past nine months, CA-News.org reported Monday (October 16), quoting the country's State Border Service (GPS).
Eight of the incidents occurred along the Tajik border, four along the Uzbekistani border, according to the GPS, adding that it made 238 arrests in connection with the 12 incidents.
