ASTANA -- Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev and Religious Affairs and Civil Society Minister Nurlan Yermekbayev conferred in Astana on religious matters, according to a Monday (November 6) statement by Nazarbayev's press office, according to Kazinform.
Topics included implementation of the country's youth and religious policies. Nazarbayev emphasised the importance of the ministry's work amid international challenges.
Yermekbayev described co-operation between government agencies and NGOs.
