Uzbek prime minister arrives in Kyrgyzstan for co-operation talks

OSH, Kyrgyzstan -- Uzbek Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov arrived in Kyrgyzstan Tuesday (December 18) to discuss co-operation between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan's border provinces, 24.kg reported.

The meeting in Osh city on Tuesday is the second round of talks of the Council of Heads of Border Provinces of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. The first meeting of the council took place in March in Fergana, Uzbekistan.

The two sides will discuss the development of trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian co-operation between their border provinces.
