BISHKEK -- This year, the holy month of Ramadan began in Kyrgyzstan May 26 and continues until June 25.
Muslims in Kyrgyzstan have been celebrating Ramadan this year by attending communal prayers in mosques, reading the Koran, breaking the daily fast with others and offering food to those in need.
