KABUL -- At least 37 militants were killed in recent fighting across Afghanistan, Khaama Press reported.
Troops killed at least seven militants in Charkh District, Logar Province, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) said, Khaama Press reported June 7.
An Afghan air force raid recently killed at least 14 insurgents in Nawa District, Ghazni Province, the MoD added.
Another recent Afghan air force strike in Kot District, Nangarhar Province, killed at least five members of the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL), the MoD said in a separate statement.
At least 11 more ISIL members were in the same district June 6, the MoD said, Khaama Press reported.
