BATKEN, Kyrgyzstan -- Kyrgyz authorities June 10 in Batken arrested three suspected militants, Fergana News reported June 17, quoting the State National Security Committee (GKNB).
The three detainees all previously fought in Syria and were planning to organise terror cells in Kyrgyzstan, the GKNB said.
Authorities searched all three suspects' residences and found ammunition and extremist literature, the GKNB added.
