ASHGABAT -- Turkmen officers who just graduated from the country's various military academies recently began their military service, Char Tarapdan radio reported June 18.
Ceremonies inducting the young officers into their forces took place at five academies belonging to the Defence Ministry, State Border Service, National Security Ministry and Interior Ministry (MVD). Turkmen media did not report the number of graduates of the five academies.
