TASHKENT -- The Administration of Muslims of Uzbekistan recently published a book titled "An appeal by scholars of the Muslim world," which includes the fatwas and appeals of theologians against the "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL), Sputnik reported July 13, quoting the Uzbekistani Committee for Religious Affairs.
The theologians quoted in the book come from Uzbekistan, Egypt and Syria.
