TURKMENBASHI, Turkmenistan -- Turkmen troops August 10 along the Caspian Sea coast conducted a training exercise, Khazar-2016, state TV reported.
Participants came from the navy, air force, air defence force, border guards and other security forces.
Turkmen troops held a snap drill in March that turned into a five-day-long major exercise.
