Kyrgyz military spokespersons learn job skills

BISHKEK -- The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) held an August 8-10 workshop for 15 Kyrgyz military spokespersons, the OSCE said in an August 10 statement.

The Bishkek workshop included instruction on communication and on co-operation during crises. An international media trainer taught the spokespersons, who came from the General Staff, State Border Service (GPS), National Guard and State Committee for Defence.

The workshop was the third and last in a professional development series for Kyrgyz military spokespersons.
