AKTOBE, Kazakhstan -- A court in Aktobe on November 29 sentenced Maulid Emenov, 18, to five years in prison for online incitement of terrorism, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reported.
Emenov posted audio files calling for "jihad" on the VKontakte social network in Russian and Arabic.
