ASHGABAT -- Fifteen Turkmen law enforcement personnel and energy specialists on December 14-15 in Ashgabat discussed best practices for protecting critical energy infrastructure at a seminar organized by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE).
"International experts elaborated on electricity transmission and presented examples of projects on electricity grids," the OSCE said in a statement, adding that attendees "exchanged views on cyber threats and methods to mitigate risks".
