Kyrgyz authorities arrest Kazakh wanted for spreading terrorism propaganda


BISHKEK -- Kyrgyz authorities in Bishkek Monday (May 20) arrested a Kazakh citizen wanted for spreading terrorist propaganda, reported Thursday (May 23), citing the Interior Ministry (MVD).

The suspect, born in 1994, lived in an apartment in the Kyrgyz capital. He was wanted in Kazakhstan for spreading terrorist propaganda and inciting social, ethnic, racial or religious hatred.

Authorities in East Kazakhstan Province opened a case against the suspect last May, according to the MVD.
