DUSHANBE -- The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) conducted an August 22-26 workshop in Dushanbe for 20 Kazakhstani, Kyrgyz and Tajik border guards, the OSCE said in a statement.
The border personnel "learned about modern border surveillance systems" through "lectures and hand-on exercises", the OSCE said. Topics included "inter-operability between forces on the spot".
