DUSHANBE -- The bodies of 966 Tajik nationals, mostly labour migrants, were repatriated last year from Russia, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL)'s Tajik service reported Sunday (March 31), quoting an official report that it obtained.
That number was 93 higher than 2017's figure of 873, according to CA-News.org.
The deceased Tajiks in 2018 included 25 who died from violence, said the report. Some [Tajik] agencies "are concerned about the number of deaths of Tajiks abroad", said the report, according to RFE/RL's Tajik service.
All people die sooner or later, not just Tajiks.
