MARY, Turkmenistan -- Arsala Nasratullah, Afghanistan's new consul-general in Mary, Turkmenistan, Monday (April 24) conferred with Turkmen Foreign Ministry officials in Ashgabat about the possible expansion of contacts between Afghan and Turkmen border-zone provincial governors, said the Turkmen Foreign Ministry on its website Wednesday (April 26) .
The two sides discussed scheduling regular meetings between the governors of their border provinces.
