TASHKENT -- A delegation of US lawmakers met with Uzbek Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov Monday (November 19) in Tashkent, the Uzbekistan National News Agency reported.
The delegation included members of the US House of Representatives from both parties. They represented the recently formed Uzbekistan Caucus.
Kamilov welcomed the creation of the caucus, the US Congress's first one devoted to Uzbekistan in the history of relations between the two countries.
The two sides discussed prospects for expanding relations between US and Uzbek lawmakers and positive trends in co-operation between Uzbekistan and the United States, according to the Uzbek Foreign Ministry.
Government must send our puppet Senate lawmakers to US to improve their professional skills. Maybe they will learn how to keep their eyes wide open and care for people a little bit.
