ASHGABAT -- Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov last week reprimanded National Security Minister Dovrangeldi Bairamov for deficiencies in job performance, Vatan radio reported November 19. It was Bairamov's second reprimand from the president.
Berdymukhamedov accused Bairamov of failing to perform his duties satisfactorily and of allowing discipline to falter.
