ASTANA -- The Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) is conducting a June 13-17 seminar in Kazygurt, Kazakhstan, to train Kazakhstani border guards, the OSCE said in a recent statement.
An unspecified number of border guards will learn "psychological techniques to help identify potential criminals during the border crossing verification process", the OSCE said.
