KABUL -- Tajikistan is feeling more assured about security in neighbouring Afghanistan, Tajik Ambassador to Afghanistan Sharafuddin Imomov said in late October during a meeting with Afghan National Security Advisor Mohammad Hanif Atmar, Afghanistan.ru reported last week.
A recent Afghan operation that drove the Taliban out of Kunduz Province gave Tajikistan more confidence about the situation in its war-torn neighbour, Imomov said.
