Staff Report

TASHKENT -- Four boys shown shooting prisoners in a recent "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL) video include a possible native of Uzbekistan, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL)'s Uzbek service reported November 16.

In the recently posted 14-minute-long video from Mosul, Iraq, four boys kill prisoners. The video identifies one of the killers as Abubakr Uzbeki, possibly born in Uzbekistan.

The UN has determined that the four boys come from three countries, including Uzbekistan and Iraq, UN High Commissioner for Human Rights official Ravina Shamdasani told UN Radio recently.
