ASHGABAT -- Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymukhamedov September 19 issued a decree on the latest iteration of his country's biannual draft. Announcers read the decree aloud on local TV. The draft applies to men aged 18 and older. Conscripts who have completed their two-year obligation become reservists.
